How does it work
Our app allows users to easily divide current properties into smaller areas. These areas can then be leased to individuals/companies. By simplifying the process we allow lessees to obtain a leashold title faster so that they can start living/working on their property

Lessee information can be entered directly into the system to be securely stored alongside the property
Create contract for property
Using the system a contract between the lessor and lessee can be generated on the subdivided property
eTitle can be used to subdivide farming land into smaller areas, thus allowing upcomming farmers with a map of their property as well as the supporting information proving ownership. Using the platform, upcomming farmers will be able to overcome the title deed limitations keeping them from ​success
eTitle in residences
Providing home addresses
Subdivisions generated via eTitle can be used for commercial as well as residential applications. The platform allows lesees to obtain the required documentation for home identification. The platform can also be used to create a custom address for lessees, therefore providing them with an eTitle address. Providing home addresses

The eTitle app can be accessed with a desktop computer or smartphone. Only the person performing the subdivision requires access to the smart devices. It is not required that the lessees or even the lessor have access to a phone or email address
